Annotations for 195 CACNA1C isoforms identified through amplicon based Oxford Nanopore sequencing of CACNA1C in six different brain regions of three adult individuals. The annotations have been built at the splice site level. The colour of the isoforms represent their status: Green: transcript with early stop codon in frame; Black: coding transcript; Red: transcript containing novel exon; Orange: transcript with non-coding exon; Blue: transcript with frame disruption
