Data here are a few different subsets of the dataset from the following study
Müller CA, Boemo MA, Spingardi P, Kessler BM, Kriaucionis S, Simpson JT, Nieduszynski CA. 2019. Capturing the dynamics of genome replication on individual ultra-long nanopore sequence reads. Nat Methods. 16(5):429–436. doi:10.1038/s41592-019-0394-y.
Data is used as input for sessions in the Earlham Institute's training course on base modification detection using nanopore sequencing run by the Nieduszynski group and the Earlham Training Team (https://www.earlham.ac.uk/events/detection-dna-base-modification-using-nanopore-sequencing).
The data from that paper is already public. The new things we are doing here are:
(1) We have subset the data so that we don't need to do it on the fly in the course.
(2) We have performed modification calling using an updated version of the DNAscent software (see below).
For more details, see README.txt.
We use the same data license as that of the paper.
